REFUND POLICY

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bhaashaa.works@gmail.com and send your item to our address in the Contact Us page.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds:

Domestic orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days from the date of order.
Shipping Cost is calculated before the checkout based on the selected product.
Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays.
We ship orders through Blue Dart, Delhivery, Amazon, Dtdc and India Post courier services.
Once your order is dispatch ,tracking details will be emailed.
International orders will usually be shipped within 3-4 working days from the date or order.

We ship orders through popular services such as USPS, Aramex, UPS, FedEx and DHL.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be emailed.
Customs or import duties are charged while delivering the parcel at the destination country will be paid by the customer.
